In fact, our coffee is not only world famous here in NZ - it's truly world famous.  But as every good Kiwi knows when it comes to an awesome strong cup of joe, there's no place like home. When I want to ‘take five’ a seriously strong dose of Allpress at it’s home base of Caffetteria Allpress is where it’s at. If it’s breakfast time, I highly recommend smashing a blueberry smoothie and at lunch one of their chicken and fennel ciabatta sandwiches. Oh yeah!!!

I love everything about Eighthirty coffee from their take-home beans with a signature roast of orange blossom and a hint of vanilla right through to the cup of joe they serve out of their lo-fi digs in K'Rd. This is a place for coffee aficionados, like me. You want find frills and lots of food and all that jazz. Sure there's a couple of nice cabinet options and delicious cakes from their fellow K'Rd local Jordan Rondel AKA The Caker but this is a place where coffee is the rightful star. I love an Eighthirty roast because it's smooth, strong and lingers for a long, long time. When I need a kick in the pants and some pep in my step, I come here. Oh and the coffee art is awesome! The Tauranga cafe scene has really come up in recent years. Once a sleepy seaside regional town known only for its beach, the city is now bursting with rad cafes, expert baristas and unique coffee roasters.; Fusion Coffee being one of the main contenders. Fusion coffee is bloody awesome; I swear by it. Look our for cafes that serve Fusion, or you can order beans online and have then delivered for free! Support local.

Caffine addicts unite. Demi-Urgos offers both espresso and drip filter Chemex options for coffee connoisseurs - both equally delectable. Demi-Ugros is known by the locals as the place to go for good coffee in Hamilton. The coffee speaks for itself, as does the décor, with a friendly ‘it’s my local’ type feel to it. If you’re in a rush and need a takeaway coffee stat, they even let you to pre-order your coffee ahead of time, so pick up is super easy

Warning: The coffee roasted on-site at this genius Martinborough cafe and roastery is so good, one visit to Neighbourhood is never enough. The coffee is strong, punchy and creamy and the blend a good buzz, the kind perfect for a roadtrip. They also do excellent hangover cures with fresh bacon and egg croissants, vege pizzas and vitamin-boosting smoothies. An absolute local gem and one of the best places we are in Martinborough.

Best coffee in Christchurch, hands down. It's no wonder their beans are being used all around the country! Love this place, great atmosphere and deliciously top-notch coffee that eases my caffeine cravings.

Great selection of food and outstanding coffee. Always a great atmosphere. A great place to chill with something delicious to eat and excellent coffee.
